In case of returns, you need to initiate return request through your account and provide all necessary details.
Return the product to us in its original packaging along with the invoice. Customer can only return within 7 days, starting from the day of delivery of your product.
All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags if any.
Please handle the pack items safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Products shall be in a good condition, unused with the product tags and shall be sent through a proper packaging to us.
All returns are evaluated before being processed. Please note that it usually takes 7-14 working days to receive the package you return. Once we receive your return, In case of prepaid orders, please allow up to 15 business days to complete your return & reverse your payment. In case of Cash on Delivery returns, it may take up to 15 – 20 business days to refund the amount back to your account.
You will be communicated once your return is accepted/rejected. Damages due to negligence, improper handling will not be covered under our Returns Policy. Some special rules for promotional offers may override this Policy. In all the cases, company’s decision to replace the product shall be final and binding on you.
In case the customer is unable to provide the banking details for refund, we can offer coupon code of the same value which can be redeemed on the website. The coupon code validity can be confirmed with our customer service team.
